 This Fully Synthetic Automatic Transmission Oil has been specially developed for the latest generation of Mercedes-Benz 9-speed automatic transmissions, for which MB 236.17 approval is mandatory.
 This high quality gear oil has a very high viscosity index, provides excellent protection against wear, corrosion and foaming and, thanks to its very low freezing point, ensures very good lubrication even at extremely low temperatures.
 Due to the excellent properties mentioned above, this oil has very little internal friction in fuel-saving automatic transmissions. MPM MB9 automatic transmission fluid with MB 236.17 approval can also be used where MB 236.16 type approval is recommended.
 However, this high-quality product with the MPM Mercedes-Benz 236.17 specification cannot be used in automatic transmissions at all
